How to verify my account ?
In some circumstances you may need to go through a one-time manual verification of your account.
This most often happens after the first Credit/Debit Card payment.
Our anti-fraud system use multiple rules to determine whether to trigger manual verification of your account.
If manual verification has been triggered you will immediately receive an email with the following subject: [Ticket ID: TICKET_ID] IDENTITY PROOF FOR INVOICE [INVOICE #].
The email will contain all the necessary information on how to go through the manual verification.
Step 1. Go to verification page -> https://www.joivhost.com/customers/index.php?m=clientverification
Step 2. Click + Add Files
Step 3. Browse for files on your PC (You can upload multiple files using [ctrl] + click on each file that you want to add)
Allowed file types: PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG
Step 4. Select document type for each file.
Step 5. Click -> Start Upload
The uploaded files will appear in the table below. Next to each document, you will see its status.
Documents statuses:
1. Pending (Our validation department has not reviewed the file yet)
2. Accepted (File has been reviewed and accepted)
3. Rejected (File has been reviewed and reject)
That's it. Our team will review the files and you will receive an email with information on whether the manual verification was successful or rejected.
